She trained and in due course became an Associate Director with one of the leading legal executive search firms in London before joining Chase Portland in early January 2018.

Emma completed a Politics and History degree before undertaking a GDL and LPC with a MSc in Law, Business and Management. Prior to working at Chase Portland, Emma gained expertise working for another legal recruitment firm. She enjoys extreme sports, and her experiences have included paragliding in Nepal and climbing an active volcano in Indonesia.
